 Lloyd Maunder, since leaving school in 1997, where I have learned all aspects of this skilled trade and I now manage this busy shop.  The wonderful customers and great team of staff members make my job very enjoyable.  I like to think that I know my regulars well and love learning from their requests (anyone else want a beef fillet ‘on the bone’?!).  We are also introducing a new generation of customers to a traditional butchers shop by way of our popular baguette bar, where we serve freshly cooked carvery meat rolls and other tempting savoury treats.”
