Butchers Pork Sausages  

          Pork (53%), Water, Rusk (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), soya protein Concentrate wheat flour, Salt, Stabiliser: Tri-phosphate; Flavour Enhancer E621 Preservative: Sodium sulphite Flavourings, Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts.

These are the top seller in our shops. A very traditionally flavoured pork sausage, with a mild blend of herbs and spices. Available in both sizes – large and chipolata.

Devon Chunky Pork Sausages  

 Pork (81%), Water, Rusk, (Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, calciumcarbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Salt), Wheat flourStabiliser :
Tri-phosphatePreservative: Sodium Sulphite, Spices, (ginger, Mustard, pepper), Colour (carmine).

As it ‘says on the tin’ this is a course cut sausage that we have been selling for over 25 years. A bit more spice here, it has a very loyal following with our regular customers.

Devon ‘Lite’    

                  Pork (87%) (95% lean), Water, Rusk, (wheat Flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Salt), wheat flour Stabiliser :
Tri-phosphate Preservative: Sodium sulphite, Spices, (ginger, mustard, pepper), Colour (carmine).        

The same flavour and concept as the ‘chunky’ sausage above, but made with extra lean pork.

Gluten Free Pork

                     Pork (70 %), Water, Pork Fat, gluten free breadcrumbs (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose) potato starch, dextrose, salt, yeast extract, spices (white pepper, coriander, nutmeg ), emulsifer:sodium tri-phosphate, preservative sodium Suphite ,herbs(parsley, sage), spice extracts, antioxidant ascorbic acid

A simply seasoned sausage and gluten free to suit those who need to watch what they eat!

Garlic and Herb

Fresh and appealing, this is a popular all-rounder where we balance the herbs with garlic puree for that ‘Garlic flavour burst’.                    

Cumberland Pork  

                   Pork (68%), Water, (wheat flour (wheat flour, rusk, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), salt, herbs (parsley, sage), flavourings, spices (coriander, pepper), sunflower oil, stabiliser: tri-phosphate, dextrose, preservative: sodium sulphite, antioxidant: (ascorbic acid).

Very traditional, with pepper and sage notes, and top of the speciality list in terms of sales.

Cracked Black Pepper Pork  

   Pork (70%), water, Rusk,(Wheat flour,calciumcarbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), spices, driedonion, potatostarch, sunfloweroil, stabiliser: tri-phosphates, sugar, yeast extract, preservative: sodium Sulphite, dextrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Concentrating on the pepper flavour, rather than the heat.  A modern twist on a simple concept.

Pork and Sweet Chilli  

             Pork (64%), water, rusk (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, yeast), sweet chlli sauce, red peppers, salt, sugar, spices (paprika, pepper), fructose, stabiliser: tri-phosphate, sunflower oil, tomato powder, preservative: sodium sulphite; garlic powder, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

A very ‘in’ flavour profile, built with Thai dipping sauce and sweet red peppers.

Hot Spanish-style Pork

Based on the Spanish Chorizo, a great spicy blend of paprika, garlic and chilli, full of colour. Not for the faint-hearted.

Pork and Leek  

                       Pork (80%), Water, Rusk (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thaimin),  Leek (3%), Salt, Wheatflour,salt,onion powder, white pepper,  Stabilisers: di-phosphates, Preservative: sodium suplhite, Antioxidant:Ascorbic Acid, spice extracts, herb extract: thyme

Very traditional, with a good mix of herbs and spices, and complemented with shredded leek pieces.  Goes very well as a flavoured breakfast sausage.
